A Mining/Smithing Suggestion

I was thinking if you could possibly add another rune rock thats not in the wilderness to the game thats not close to banking if thats possible I know that  you have a lot to do for the time being and was wondering you would possibly be able to take this into consideration.

I talked to him about this, but he said Rune should be hard to obtain.
